Discipleship. Fellowship. Prayer. WORSHIP.
They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer...All the believers were together and had everything in common. They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need.
Every day they continued to meet together...They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.
(Acts 2:42-47)
WHO ARE WE?
We are a group of committed Christians, from a variety of churches, who seek to explore biblical community that grows our Faith, deepens our abilities to defend our beliefs, and reveals our personal gifts, passions and callings.
We gather as believers in private homes. In the biblical sense of the word “church” (ekklesia = gathering) we are a historical reflection of what it means to “be a church.”
FALL '22 STUDY (BEGINNING OCTOBER 13):
THE GOSPEL OF JOHN
A HOME "GATHERING"
The churches in the province of Asia send you greetings. Aquila and Priscilla greet you warmly in the Lord, and so does the [ekklesia or “gathering”] that meets at their house (1 Corinthians 16:19).
MANNA! Life Groups are a biblical “ekklesia”—a gathering of “called out” people—for discipleship, worship and fellowship (Acts 2:42). Our simple desire is to reflect the biblical gatherings for home “ekklesias” as revealed in the book of Acts and the epistles. CLICK TO READ MORE
SHARED LEADERSHIP
So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ (Ephesians 4:11-13).
MANNA! Life Groups operate using biblical roles and responsibilities. Every home gathering is led by lay "pastoral" overseers, facilitators, hosts and other leaders. CLICK TO READ MORE
AN INCLUSIVE COMMUNITY
There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus (Galatians 3:28).
MANNA! Life Groups are open (inclusive) communities. We do not segregate based on age, gender, ethnicity, religious background, economic status, or any particular interest or background. CLICK TO READ MORE
A GROWING COMMUNITY
And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved (Acts 2:42-47).
MANNA! Life Groups believe if we commit to right practices (for Christian community), deliver rich study (in God’s Word) and enjoy beautiful worship that people won’t just come...they will stay. And if they stay, it means we will also grow. We operate from a growth perspective and have a successful track record for spiritual growth, baptisms and “peeling off” new groups. CLICK TO READ MORE
REPRODUCIBLE MUTUAL EDIFICATION
What then shall we say, brothers and sisters? When you come together, each of you has a hymn, or a word of instruction, a revelation, a tongue or an interpretation. Everything must be done so that the church may be built up (1 Corinthians 14:26).
MANNA! Life Groups gather for mutual edification. It's not a one-man or woman show, but everyone is involved and contributing. Furthermore, the format is reproducible into any context. CLICK TO READ MORE

How are MANNA! Life Groups organized?
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.
